“The European Union (EU) and its Member States’ global COVID-19 response will provide substantial support to partner countries’ efforts to tackle the virus and deal with its impact with an overall financial support amounting to more than €20 billion. The EU will provide financial support to partner countries in Africa worth €3.25 billion (euros).”
