IMF Executive Board Approves a US$130 Million Disbursement to the Islamic Republic of Mauritania to address the COVID-19 Pandemic

“The Executive Board of the International Monetary Fund approved the disbursement of SDR 95.680 million (about US$130 million) to be drawn under the Rapid Credit Facility (RCF). The RCF funds will help address Mauritania’s urgent balance of payments need stemming from the COVID-19 crisis, estimated at close to US$370 million.”
