Museveni orders taskforce to consider opening schools (Uganda)

“Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni has directed the COVID-19 National Taskforce to discuss reopening of schools across the country. The Standard Operating Procedures would require learners to be at least four metres apart in classroom and all schools to have qualified medical personnel.”
