President Yoweri Museveni orders reopening of schools from October 15

“Learners in P-7, S-4, and S-6 will be allowed back in school from October 15. Others include finalist students in tertiary colleges and universities. Museveni said only finalists had been allowed back in class since it was easier for them to social distance compared to if all learners were readmitted.”
